^ Conditional approval subject to suitability and receiving all required information during normal NSW business hours. Final approval subject to our lending criteria and supplying satisfactory supporting documents.

* Subject to our credit assessment criteria. Terms, conditions, fees and charges apply. Loans between $5,000 and $40,000 are unsecured. However, we reserve the right to take security over the property and register a caveat. For RenoNow loans between $40,001 and $100,000, the loan is a secured facility. The security takes the form of an unregistered mortgage over the property, and a caveat registered against the title of the property in all States other than Queensland. In Queensland the security will be in the form of a registered mortgage.
