However, we reserve the right to take security over the property and register a caveat. For RenoNow loans between $40,001 and $100,000, the loan is a secured facility. The security takes the form of an unregistered mortgage over the property, and a caveat registered against the title of the property in all States other than Queensland. In Queensland the security will be in the form of a registered mortgage.
